I voted, now it's your turn.

This is the first time I've seen a line for early voting, but it wasn't a terribly long line like I've seen on the news in other places. I voted at the Randall's over at MOPAC and Wm. Cannon. There were maybe a dozen people ahead of me at 1:00 pm. No problems, I just gave them my driver's license as always, and they scanned the back of it. Smooth.

One of my Facebook friends voted today and his status said, "I just voted for a black man."

I would like to vote early but I've never done that. Do you just vote wherever they have it set up?

Randalls @ Wm Cannon isn't too far from my house but I know they move those things around.

kona: you can vote anywhere they are set up for early voting. From your driver's license (or voter reg I assume) they know your precinct so you get the correct ballot.

I voted today! No lines when I went. The Colorado ballot is VERY long. I had a long internet phone chat with my older son who is going to school in Paris. We went over each amendment and made our decisions. I headed off to the poling site and he headed off to the American Embassy, My younger son promised to mail ballot in today or tomorrow. I will follow up on him :)
