Etta James is very ill, nearly gone. [Search "etta james"] Sad. The clip is from the Chuck Berry half-concert/half-documentary "Chuck Berry Hail! Hail! Rock 'n' Roll." Keith Richards had insisted on having her as part of the concert, and Chuck was against it. This is the scene where he changes his mind, and then some. Enjoy!

I saw Etta James, must be 25 years ago now, at thw SF Blues Festival. She was awe inspiring with Katie Webster on piano and Buddy Guy playing guitar. She can not be allowed to leave us.
I just finished reading keith Richards book 'life'...and he mentions this..if you get a chance..read it..it's really a great book.
On CB, yeah... he's got some issues, to say the least. Still working my way through Keith's book. If I don't get reading time on the weekend, then it doesn't happen.
