This song enjoyed a tremendous resurgence of popularity here in Canada about 5 or 6 years ago. Telus, a big Canadian telecommunications company, used it in a Christmas commercial. The ad also featured the most delightful baby hippo who captured everyone's hearts.

I would welcome it interspersed with some of the Jingle Bells more often. And who doesn't love hippopotamuses?
