The perfect laptop bottom

This is MrB's new accessory for his MacBook. A simple platform with a pull-out mousepad. No electronics involved. A perfect little device.
The funny part of it is that it's got System Requirements listed on the box, and they felt it was helpful to state that it works with both Mac and PC.
They really should have added that it's equally functional for both right- and left-handed setup, all you need to do is turn it around...
... plus it's unisex, and conceivably could be used by any species as well.

Is that a kite or a bomb in your new header photo? Now I'm worried.

It's a blimp that's shaped like a bomb and tethered like a kite. It actually is a little worrisome because it's used for surveillance. They are proposing to use it as border security, which I guess is preferable to some of the other, really stupid and mean ideas such as electric fences and "papers, please." I don't think it will be flown over Canadians though.

Dang - I thought it was one of those promotional balloons they fly over used car lots.

Yeah, Pen, I thought that about it at first too.

Did it say, 'laptop not included'?

Ptelea, I think it really should have said that, and also mentioned that it works with books too.
