My employer has got me working like poor Jelly, the hamster in Garden State who ran himself to death on his wheel. I hope to make it through the next week without some kind of ugly collapse.

I just wanted to thank you for the comment you left on my blog regarding my screen name. You are so right, the world does need to hear words like godless and atheist. Changing my name would be rather like going back in the closet and I'll be damned if I'll live in the dark again.

We are one of the last groups to be able to "out" ourselves without fear. People are concerned about human and civil rights but even many liberals draw the line at unbelievers, since many of them think that we have no morals.
