Back in late August we put Jax in this soft e-collar to keep him from licking his nipple bloody. Unfortunately, he is still wearing it. We take it off of him to let him groom while we watch him like a hawk so that he doesn't lick the wrong spots, but unfortunately he has started a new "booboo" on his elbow, and licked the back of his hind leg until it bled everywhere. He can get to that area with the collar on {sigh}. Prozac has already failed, so now we're trying a surge of Depomedrol shots and a change of diet.
