Tried to board an airplane in Albuquerque, and was refused a boarding pass because of being on the Terrorist Watch List.

What's really weird is that he's a Constitutional scholar who supported Alito. How? The ONLY thing wrong with Alito is his lack of comprehension about, and thus support for, the types of things this guy seems to be opposed to...
